I never even tried Google Chrome browser. And all i know is that, it aint so good. I am happy with what i use, and if chrome OS can run windows softwares, then i guess i will move to it since its free Will you switch to it? Or even just try it? Or do you think it will get fame bcz of being from google but just be a failure?
Yes, I have an older computer at home that I will be installing the new google OS on and taking it for a test drive. Here at the office I might even set up a work station for one of the people at the front desk and see how they link it. We have some older computers in storage, so I might pull one of them out format c: /q and install the google os on it.
chrome so far is the only smooth browser i have seen running with windows 7... firefox lags like crazy on w7... might be all my seo addons lol
I have tried Chrome then I moved to my old browser the same day. It was because I thought I will wait for some time so that Chrome can mature. I will do the same with Chrome OS. I will try to, will see what Google can make in competition to Microsoft I am sure that I will only try it. May be after few years of its release, I will switch to it.
Yes basically my same feeling... just like google for search and really dont care for much of anything else, phones, browsers, condoms, or whatever they are trying to sell next... laterz' malcolm
If any OS that was free and could run MS software, I never hesitate to switch to the OS . Why not ? The main obstacle of switching OS is the data and application between different OS .
it is free why not now the day OS shall not be charged as MS 100 free OS for a company shall save lots money
Google might has been corp with computer companies to use free Chrome OS Maybe the end of this year people can buy even cheaper computers. Bye bye Bill
I also used Google Chrome for almost 3 months in my desktop PC! Checked & Found working Good but if Google will allow Chrome OS as Free in Nature then all Google lovers will definitely gonna test for once
Considering that Chrome OS is based off a Linux kernel it won't support Windows software outside of something like Wine, which you can do already. If you're interested in seeing what Chrome will be like check out Ubuntu.
I am not yet sure about it.. I think i better try to observe with some other users who have tried the new OS -- Google Crome OS
You mean windows compatible softwares? Yep, true. As i mentioned in my frst post... Google could take this as a suggestion
Google Chrome OS = Light Linux with Google services Linux is not very friendly, especially for windows user, Windows 7 ruler!
