Will you switch on your night lamp while you sleep in the night?

Even moonlight will usually keep me from sleeping.

 

I dont need a darkness to get fall asleep but yeah I like darkness.
So there's usually a darkness while I am alseep. Even when I am on my PC in my room alone there's darkness :twisted:

 

no night light i turn press my snooze button since its bright if i hear something moving

I don't have a problem sleeping in the Dark or Light..... Sleeping is sleeping for me.

 

while everyone loves the darkness i cant sleep with total darkness..need at least from the pc monitor to get fall asleep

 

Complete darkness for me, plus heavy curtins to keep out the street lamp and the moonlight.

 

I don't use nightlamps since aged 6 lol but my sons will get 1 as soon as I find a cutey winnie the pooh 1.

 

I like it as dark as a cave but less smelly and humid (also no bats or vermin)

 

I like dark room when I sleep...

 

Anything Would be fine. Just Don't Make Noise!

Well, I just switch on my handphone or laptop, no night lamp for me.

 

I usually prefer sleeping in the dark but my wife needs the night lamp to be ON....so I do not have the choice but to keep it ON !

i prefer green color of the lamp becoz green is nature's color and i feel it as an energetic color.

I sleep in a windowless room with no lights or electronics on. I sleep in absolute pitch blackness, with the exception of the lines of light around my door in the morning.

I prefer the absolute dark, because it means that even though I cannot see anything else, nothing else can see me. Besides, I know my layout without needing light. I can find my water, I can find the light switch, and in a blackout I can find my candle. I am independent of the light in this one room.

I personally think everyone should have at least one rood that they know without the need for light - in the darkness there is nothing to cloud your thoughts, nothing to disturb you if it is sound proof, and nothing to let you know whether or not the day has come or gone.

Eventually I hope to have a room that is pitch black, with no light at day or night, so that I can have a sanctuary in which to clear my mind. The darkness can be scary for some - but its only the fear of the self that holds you back (with exceptions in the case of children and the disturbed of course ).

yup light iritates me lot so i keep night lamp switched off.
