    Will you review a site which with high PR? for example: 3+ ?
    Will you approve a site which is an adult directory?

    Any site should be treated the same as to how it's evaluated. I really don't care if your site is a PR9 if the submission has not followed the rules. Since mine is a niche directory, if the site is off-topic or doesn't complete the submission properly - it's gone before I ever see that green.

    Adult directory - not even if my directory was general. Just not interested, sorry.

    I dont think it will be a problem, as long as your site doesnt contain adult matterial.

    I think PR is not the only measure to evaluate the importance of site. A unique site can also be more important than a site having PR so do it for good sites
