I'm interested in registering for paypal but I understand in the Tos you need to be 18 however I'm wondering what are the risks if you do choose to sign up with paypal. Do they verify your age, if you have a virtual credit card and you verify your account without any conflicts will it really matter. Also would there be any difficulty in withdrawing cash to your bank account? I understand there are a lot of people who sign up for paypal underage without any difficulity with paypal. Is it advisable to sign up for Paypal if you do not meet their tos of being 18, cause I'd really like to make some purchases and most people accept paypal rather than a VCC. Thanks in Advance
You won't get in trouble, but if your account is ever limited (due to chargebacks, unauthorized access) you may be required to upload a photo ID and if you do your account will be permanently limited from withdraws or sending money.
ya only be in trouble when you got limited there. As you will be unable to submit the required documents.
