I have bought succesfully from China for many years, build up the relationship slowly and it will have massive rewards One of my businesses now enjoys credit from their supplier as we had traded well for a year or so There are many who will cutand run with your money, however spend time choosing the supplier and the long term rewards will be there
There are so many goods in the west that are made in china, almost everything electronic or plastic. I think that people here buy from major brands (that have stuff made in china) because they are familiar with the brand and its quality. If china had their own big brands i'm sure more people would buy direct, or perhas if they realised that the brands they trust are just middlemen and they could get all the products they wanted cheaper then they would.
I ordered a product from China and they deliver it on time but the quality was so poor that on the other day I through it in the garbage.
Even if the products were of high quality for me living in the UK the issues would be delivery times and shipping costs. I looked at a product recently (can't remember what it was now) but it seems good value until I seen the shipping cost was over 3 times the cost of the item itself. Also I am the type of person who if I can pay for next day delivery I will so I would find having to wait 2-3 weeks for a product too long. Having said that I have ordered products from china before via Ebay, where the shipping has been less than a week and low cost or free, so I have no problem buying from china it would just as I said depend on shipping and delivery.
Well, not all China made product are not that good especially the kitchenware. However, talking about gadgets like mobile phones, car accessories and etc. I much prefer the trusted brand that I can see around and get there personally at anytime. And I don't think that China products needs an effort to deliver directly from Chine because I can see them anywhere here
Considering everything is Made In China, I don't see the issue. I actually ordered a pair of Vibram Five Fingers from China on eBay last month. They're perfect and only cost 20% of what I'd have to pay for them in the UK. Win!
well if you are preferring quality then you should also check other producer countries .. and if that is price, just go for it, and there are many service providers on internet. you must google it.
it is a very controversial topic! one cannot be sure that any product from china will be a servitude and last long . But still its a fact that maximum of them loses there belongings!
I wouldn't buy name brand products directly from China. Almost all name brand products that are being sold on these trade marketplaces are fakes.
Yes i will go for it because i believe china mostly able to offer cheaper price compare to US and Europe . Cheaper price always make me patient to wait for the product . China product perception might not that poor as we think which their quality of product actually getting better as well.
I would definetely buy products from China and have been doing it for some time. You just have to do a normal background check and make sure that everything seems legit with the manufacturer/supplier. If you can afford, you can hire Quality Control companies to make sure your goods are of the required quality.
If you are worried about quality you should check user reviews on tradesparency.com or as said earlier use a QC company.
Does buying something from a Chinese Ebay store count? If so, then yest I'd have and will continue to buy "direct" from China.
We have a lot of goods on the store shelves from China and they cost much. It will be much cheaper for me to order goods directly from China.
