If you were a billionaire, you wouldn't have to buy it. Theres nothing/no one there. A billionaire could just show up and stake his claim with his golden, dildo shaped rocket ship. You can already buy land on Mars. There is a guy who put a claim in on the Moon and sells acres on the moon. He also sells land on Mars by the acre and pretty much every other planet in the Solar System. Apparently this is completely legal as he staked claim and was not contested by any government.
If you can buy the planet why not buy the Enterprise and explore the universe. Staying on one place can be so dull.

absolutely not. I ll only buy a land where I want to live in pace but in mars i can't do that. One of the most important thing that's missing there is INTERNET connection. I can't live without that. Then why should I buy a land in mars?

If I were, of course not . I can't see any meaning to buy any land in Mars . Only those scammer (decent dreesed up person and even decent decoration company) declare they have business selling lands in Mars . Money is to be make full use of, not to be wasted of .
