Will You Buy A New Site?

Okay, if someone sets up websites and sell them off within few days. Do you think it will sell?

I'm trying to sell some of my websites that I set up a few days ago but not sure if anyone will buy them. Of course traffic is low but is increasing.

    Opinions please.

Yes of course it could sell, but this depends on a lot of factors not just traffic, such as earnings if the site has already earned $1,000 then i am sure someone would purchase the website.

If the site has little traffic, no earnings and no obvious potential then obviously it would be harder and this would be shown through the price.

Maybe I should. But it's been bothering me to manage so many websites at once. I feel like selling it out. I would be happy to sell it out for just $70.

Yeah because its only a proxy site i would advise that you sell them here on DP forums under the site section. Also you could try selling them on namepros i have had sales in the past on both for proxy sites.

Also if the domain name is good I think you can get the buyer easily.

Well I think if it's really new what matter next on traffic is Content + Design + Niche = $$$

I would buy a new site for one of a few reasons - excellent content, really good domain name, custom site that I couldn't put together, mind blowing layout that I just need. I wouldn't buy a new site for traffic or earnings because its too easy to have high earnings or traffic for just a few days.

Its hard to find a buyer for new sites. So you may do some seo tips and try after one month.
