Alright so i added this plugin- WordPress Popup Scheduler what it does is that we can add a pic before a post or after post without having to edit the main post... so i want to know if adding a large pic at the starting of the post will hurt my rankings or not? +reps for answers thanks
Popup scheduler is for creating popups it's not for inserting pictures. Page load time is a factor of SEO ranking now, so if you have large pics that take extremely long time to load, that'll affect your ranking. But images which size and markup has been optimized should probably not cause any problems. I recommend that you read a bit more on this topic.
