We have tons of western union outlets around india and at almost every corner in every city but why adsense have not allowed it in there payment option in india they have it in pakistan but why not in india it really surprising.
this is because of the restrictions from RBI ... it is very strict on Flow of Money from Rest of the world
Google: Is Western Union available in my country? Payment by Western Union Quick Cash is currently available in the following countries and areas: Argentina Bulgaria Chile China (Mainland) Colombia Egypt Lithuania Malaysia Morocco Pakistan Panama Peru Philippines Romania Taiwan Though we may offer Western Union to a wider set of publishers in the future, we do not have a date for when this may become available. We appreciate your patience as we expand this payment option.
western union fast & easy....once i saw the payment details for the month, i can print out the payment details & head to withdraw from western union agent immediately
trust me. Though checks are a bit slower, they are safer. We could pray for EFT which is much faster.
paypal charges indian credit card in INR and uses that money for payments in India. Bringing money from outside always costs money, and the volume of payments of Google sends to India every month will never be equal to the money that Indian advertisers pay adwords. The best they can do is, what ever arrangement they have with Citibank for processing the cheques can be extended towards making NEFT or RTGS payments to the publishers. Then again, cheques are easier and will go with the bank's routiene and processing NEFT will require additional staffing.
ok how long does it take to cash the check 4m adsense. i deposited it in my state bank and got the money after 1 month though my check is in INR. will it be faster to cash it in citibank . waiting 4 replies
It takes me 2-3 days to cash my cheque... I use ICICI bank and i am based in Mumbai. Google issues Citibank at par cheques, that means its a local cheque. If citibank is not present in your area, then it would take more time, but i think 1 month is too longer a time for clearance. Hope that helps Ani
Almost all banks in India have core banking now. If you do not have citibank in your area, just courier or even send your cheque thru ordinary post to a branch of your bank in a city where a citibank is there. For example, if you bank with sbi like me, and if you do not have a citi branch in your place, just stick a Rs 5 postage stamp and send your check to your nearest metro with the address State Bank of India Main Branch Bombai/Madras/Bangalore/Delhi and with a covering letter requesting them to clear the check and credit the money into your account with number/branch details. You can also find the address from your bank's website. This way, the mail/courier will take 2 days to reach the branch in the metro, and they will take another 2 days to clear the check. This way, your check gets cleared in 4 days at the expense of Rs. 5. This is what I used to do before a Citi branch opened here in my town.
You don't have to go anywhere lolz . Submit your checks in bank account and they get cashed in 2 to 3 days because they are at par checks in INR currency . I am submitting my check in DCB bank and they get chased in 3rd day , Like i submitted it on Monday morning than i can get cash on Tuesday in afternoon .
If all bank supports Adsense Payments! then there is no need of Western Union Payment Transfer in India
And yes INDIA is where the people are and India is where the money is...Everything will happen for India very soon
We need a little patience for google to allow western union transfer to India. No doubt they will do it, since they always want to be the best in the world.
But why do you bother about western union transfer when you have other modes of payments? I wonder why people always squander for something that isn't stilll there
