    I guess that depends on how badly you want to reach the
    1st pages of all major search engines ;)

    Let me tell you that this update ive seen people sit and wait for the PR
    that may never come...
    BUT the smart ones are already ahead since they dont worry about PR
    they concentrate on building thier websites backlinks 24/7 ... and for that
    thier reward will be Traffic from the SEs
