Will we get banned?

    Hi

We have a www.xxx.com and we are developing a site www.xxxinternational.com with different content.

These two domains belong to the same company but located in different servers.

The content of the two domains are different.

What things do I need to look for to avid getting band because of duplication.

What are the chances of getting either site banned?

    All advice is welcomed.
    :D

How would this be considered duplication if the sites are completely different content wise? You're fine. Good strategy, btw.

Only thing that would get your sites banned is not following AdSense TOS. From what you've written above, you're good to go.

    Hi

    Thanks for the reassurance.
The only point I forgot to mention is that both sites sell similar products, but not the same.
One sells to UK, and the other to outside UK.
    Thanks

I don't think so mate. But if you can mail adsense and check it out its safer.

I think it shouldnt be a problem unless you have 'too similar' content in both of the websites. Go ahead.

Two different URLS and different content is fine; even if they are in the same niche.

If you are worried, you can e-mail AdSense like said above.

    Hi all
    Thanks for all your feedback.
I didn't know where to post my question and here was the most logical place to post.
what I meant by getting banned was to get banned from google search list rather than adsense.

Does your comments still holds true for google pagerank, search list ban?

I dont see any reason for ban of any sorts, call it pagerank or search list or even adsense. As said above by Fka200, you should have different content

Not sure why you think you would be banned, even if the content was 80% the same google will not care - it may penalise your serps but it wouldn't impact on your adsense account.

I see no problem here. As they are two diferent sites.
Like in the real world, you can open 2 different shops, selling similar stuff to reduce cost and get more customers fromdifferent places.
You are using a good strategy. Sinergy is good.

    Well done!

    I don't see duplicate contents,
but if it is XXX, you may get banned for that?

You already mentioned different content.. So it will work just fine.. I do it all the time.. If I have a successfull niche, i always create multiple sites with rewritten content..
