Will using adwords be a good step??

I have a small network of one page sites that promote ebook products or software etc

The sites are here

www.facebookadvantage.com

1)Will it be wise to use adwords?
2)will it be converting?
3) will it be a waste of money

4)How much will it cost me?
5)How much will be the converting rate do you think?

I'm not sure adwords would be the best choice as they don't really like that style of landing page anymore. You can try it, but you may be slapped with high minimums. Typically ebook sales do best when you sell them to a list.
