That is not going to happen for any number of political reasons which may be valid or in-valid
That is relative to the present political standpoint in Turkey

Why should Turkey accept something which never happened? lol

Maybe vote should be if Armenia will accept their side of holocausts in 1910's and in 1990's towards Azeri's.

I'm sorry for your relatives who died during the war, many died. But nothing called genocide happened, those 2 are quite different things.

But it'd be big of you to accept your part of guilt instead of blaming one side blindly.

It really sounds as if we give a damn about what other countries politicians think about Ottoman history lol.

They should first clean their own garden before they bitch about others. France would be a good example to that. ;)

Turkey did commit genocide against the Armenians.
It is a fact they deny all the time.

To the question: Should Turkey be accepted in the EU?

    I don't think so.

If the EU accepts it, the muslim terrorists will have their dream come true. They will be able to hit targets in any EU country at will. - You don't like the veil - be ready for a "lesson" like Madrid train bombing, London subway bombing, WTC etc..
The terrorists will get easier access to U.S. as well.

    1. Can you tell me when Turkey commit genocide against Armenians(you probably know the time since you claim it)

    2. Tell me what you know about it and let's see what you got, or do you just want to believe so?

    3. What is your accusation based on?

    4. Are you calling Turkish people terrorists? What the releveance between Turkey and veil?

I've my own opinion with millions of other people , USA will accept Armenian genocide soon or later just matter of time .

BTW it was not war it was just genocide. However
I've opened this thread not to ask you accept it or not, but just for voting with your opinions

P.S. Without accepting Armenian Genocide Turkey will never be included in EU - It's obvious

There is no relation between Armenian genocide lie and European Union. They sould finish the negotiations today if they are nothing more than a blackmail tool of some Armenian minorities in their countries.

There is no crime as genocide commited, Armenians should stop crying on their big brothers shoulders and ask them for a court decesion, it'd be better if they accepted their part of the crimes as a man, instead of always playing the victim.
It's even disrespectful to your own history letting it be used by other countries over political reasons.

Anyone knows jack about it can write it here, or can go on to believe what he/she wants to see. I don't have a purpose to persuade you that it did not happen, you are made believe it happened and you will never believe otherwise.

Why would we recognize a big lie and stinky political games?

@rentdn, They're washing your brain. Your own people are washing your brain for their stinky political games. We saw many Armenians who admitted there was no Armenian genocide.

It's a dirty lie , you'll never find any Armenian who'll tell that there is no Genocide , but you can find dozen Turks who are saying that it was Genocide.
But I don't blame you , you've been teached from ages that there is no Genocide it's your countries political game " To avoid his own history ". There is one certain thing " Time will show who was right and who was wrong "
but if you really want to find the truth you can do it by reading international history ( not Turkish )

Yea, I suggest you the same. Go read some real history. And please explain why your government refuses to open archives about the so called genocide although our government has agreed it already? Why are you afraid? The truth hurts.

I would prefer other members to share with their opinions too , because neither I nor you are going to change minds right ? And it's obvouis I'm Armenian and you are Turk , we both protecting our countries . So it will be better for us to listen other and not to argue , cause it'll give us nothing ( maybe only infraction points :) )
    Don't you agree ?
