Will transfer of domain registrar + hosting provider affect rankings?

Non-tech newbie needs some help and advise.

I want to consolidate 20+ virtual hosted sites onto 1 server and 1 domain registrar to simply my life and save a little money on bandwidth costs.

Does anyone know if this will affect my established search engine rankings?

I also have 5 old domains registered in my personal name and want to roll them into my holding company's domain registry account - will this trigger an "ownership change" in the eyes of google and impact my rankings? Should I open a second registry account under my personal name?

Are there any concerns with changing domain registrar + host on search engine rankings?

Love to hear everyones experience and viewpoint.

    I don't think so.

Moving the website to the new server or changing the registrar will have no effect on its rankings.

Changing registrars/servers will not effect SERPs.

it is hard to say, if the new ip is banned by google, or you have many sites at the same hosting, and link to each other. you will get some problem.
