More information is. What do you consider against TOS with that? If its the images they are fine above the ads. The lack of content is questionable but there isnt a major flag raised because there is something there if you call that content.
Nah, I don't think it's against TOS. But you should definitely be careful about the rest of your site. I took a look at it yesterday and I found a lot of "hinting" at the reader to click on your ads. That's a no-no and it can get you banned. I would be very, very careful with that.
