Will this work? Give comp name in premier info

I was reading on a blog that if you have a company which is not legally a company (with company bank acc etc..) you can create a sign up for a Premier Account, but instead of putting your name in the name field, put your business name. For example, if your business name is PC Services, put “PC” in the “first name” box and “Services" in the surname box.

I am a bit skeptical as on how this would work. What If I wanted to transfer the money from my paypal account to my bank account or debit card, wouldn't the info need to match on both ends?

What would you recommend me to do in order to keep a high quality business going with paypal. ( I can not get a business account because I don't have the appropriate papers they want and im not a company ).

That's not the way, if you want to put company name, better use business account, that's a column for the company name
you might having problem when you link your paypal to your bank if you put your company name as per mentioned with the premier account

So, is there any way to add my "company" name in the paypal account instead of displaying my personal name when the customer buys something??
( I dont have a company bank account or company number etc )
Could I maybe create that premier account and instead of my name add company name and then send the money every transaction is made to my personal paypal ??
Could that work or do I risk getting banned from the many money sending to other account too often?

Thanks for the informative thread reply, if instead of registering the company under a company name which isnt register. If i use the "company" email and my own name would that cause any problems from your expertise? Can I sell my services as "Eric Cartman" and sign up as admin@company would that be illegal? I dont find it to be, im not doing anything different than the ebay sellers just with services online.

Would you say this is less "professional" looking? Is there an option in the payments not to display my name? just the e-mail?
(im very new in payment processing and in the whole e-commerce section online, so i appreciate everyones help i get <3 :) )

Nope, you have an option to change the name that appears on the buyers credit card statement, but the buyer will see your name when he makes the payment online.
