Will this website earn me some money and if yes how much?

If i want to sell it, how much do you think is a good price for it?

 

To accurately answer your question I would include.

Traffic stats, Revenue, Search engine referrals etc.

Skinny

 

Anywhere from zilch to a million dollars.
So many variables, like traffic, time of day, ads relevancy to the visitors, etc.

To me, not worth it to buy.
I think it should sell laptops, not just give information about laptops.

 

Iowadawg is right... it should sell laptops.
Right now it's Yet Another Article Site Made For Adsense but if you had unique and useful articles about the laptops sold from the site then it would have extra value, be a lot more interesting. And original reviews too - by yourself and visitors/customers... Good unique content has a better chance of making you money.

according to alexa
traffic = zero
PR= zero

i would guess zero $ invested to make something out of the site
hence it seems to me a value zero would be reasonable

it looks almost like a full template site with content out of the box just for adsense

 

I wouldn't always trust alexa, they base their stats soley on people visiting sites while using Alexa's ToolBar.

 

you are of course correct and as a long time www pro i am fully aware of such variation of alexa data specially at the lowest end of traffic
however
even a VERY moderate number of visitors always leads to some alexa numbers

this site simply looks either fake or emtpy of any real traffic

 

I could not load the site. But, I have to agree with some of the other people here. If you do not have a value proposition it is not worth much as a resale property.

If you had a resale agreement with some laptops vendors and were building a business around that, then your site is going to be wortth much more than an article site beacsue it generates business above and beyond the advertising.

I am not sure how one could estimate hor much one could earn from AdSense, I guess if you knew the average click through rates for the various types of sites, it would be possible to forecast revneue potential based on traffic.

However, the trick is in the traffic and if you are duplicating, as one poster suggested, another more established website, getting traffic might not be easy. Then, once you attract people you need to be certain the advertising matches the expected outcome. If I am looking for reviews of a laptop, chances are I want to buy that machine. If you are not carrying that kind of advertisement than I am less likely to click on the ads.

When I look at great tech sites like AnandTech, I see Google AdSense ads. But, I also see ads that they have sold themselves. They are probably getting more revenue from those because they sometimes better match what the visitor is looking to get out of being there.

That combination is going to make AnandTech a fairly expensive site to buy.

I am not in the US, so if there is one for internationl publisher it will be a greate help.
Last but not least, Is there any free way to derive traffic to my website other than directory submission ?

I predict millions upon millions, but only if you change the background from gray to white.

 

This way most of the website will be whiteeeeeee. Do you think it is better to change the background of the content to gray as well as changing the whole website background to white?

I don't like website because Google ads are at first places, and content text on the backyard.
I think you will earn 1-2 dollars with traffic from DP - that's my diagnose.
