The games aren't copyrighted or something because I get them from http://www.mochimedia.com/. Also I get them from other websites with have pages saying. Free Games for You Site. I'm still working on an account messaging and stuff. And I will make my own games soon so will that help too?
Making your own game will certainly mean more than uploading games from another website. Try to focus more on developing your own games and then search for ways to be accepted by google.
as much as i know google hates coping so it will be better for you if you create your own games and then add adsense in your website
