Haven't you read AdSense TOS? You have to read it before you fully sign up with them. And clearly stated there that warez sites are not allowed.

Yes, it happened to my friend, even though he did not put warez on it, but he had one copyrighted file which they noticed and they stopped his adsense.
Absolutely, I have known 4 people who have been banned from adsense for the exact same thing. It's best just to not be involved in such things.

I think you need to seek some advice regarding the disclaimer on your site Perhaps you have a slight misunderstanding as far as the laws of copyright infringement in the US/UK/Europe go. i think i am safe now coz i removed those ads and even the search box out from there.i knew about these terms of service also , but i was tempted and i put these damn ads there . now atleast can i be safe??i dont have any google ad or referral link there.i have some 4-5 other sites which have only informations about forex , etc.i hope google would'nt have reviewed my site coz my account is still active guys . am i eligible to get my cheque now??
