will this head txt have a good effection in search engine?

    Also wish professional seo can give me advise or just a good samply !

    Also, your title is way too long, and you are using the word 7 times. If you want to use your main keyword in your title, use it 2 times maximum. Try and shorten down your title tag - it will serve you much better in the SERPs.

    Don't forget, the title tag serves two major purposes

    1.) it tells the search engines what your page is about, and the example you give, like others have mentioned, looks like spam.

    2.) The most important one, is that it shows up as the headline in the search engine results page. So it needs to be enticing and make sense to a human reader. Even if the title you have did work for getting you a high ranking in Google (it won't) it wouldn't make any difference, since no-one would ever click on that title.

    Something like:

    <title>LED Panels Direct from Chinese Manufacturer</title>

    would work a lot better on both fronts.
