Will this get my account banned?

For the past 1 week i am daily checking my adsense account and i see daily about 80-100 impressions and 8-10 clicks which is something really strange coz i hardly used to get 2-3 clicks / day. also i noticed that the adsense search shows 10-20 searches daily where as before i never used to get any searches.

i have reported about this to google a week back and they send me the auto message to follow guidlines and stuff. i am not sure if this thing thats happening for the past one week would get my account banned. i have sent them all logs of referring sites, ip's almost everything that they can check.

also how many times can you send them the log files. i am sending them logs on weekly basis is that ok ?

please let me know if there's anything that can protect my account from getting banned. i have been following the tos from the time i have signed up so am sure that i have done nothing wrong.

Why would you be sending your logs on a weekly basis? Don't be that paranoid.

Install Adlogger (Adlogger.org), and go to sleep at night with peace of mind. You don't need to start getting worried about a couple extra clicks... with optimization I went from 3% CTR on one website to 15% steady ever since.... you just need to make sure that everything is legit and you have protection against click bombing (using Adlogger).

Don't worry buddy! Congrats on the increase... I hope it only goes up from here! Let us know if you need anything else.

Depends. How many graphics on your site? A hit means it grabbed a file from your site. Could be you have a graphic site or something with tons of stuff that people are grabbing. Could be a spider as well.

If you are talking about having a lot of users who come back, I would say it is normal depending on the website. For example, if you have a good arcade site... returning visitors is great. But, if you have a really bad website that looks spammy and was only made for Adsense and doesn't have much appeal... I would say something is fishy.

Once you have Adlogger installed, you can get a pretty good idea of the clicks going on with your ads. Remember though: Adlogger will sometimes count mouse overs, so do not be to strict with the amount of "clicks" you block. I used to set one website at 15 clicks max and 2 hours block only because I knew I was going to have a bunch of mouse overs... so it really depends on the type of site you have.

Who in hell told you this? I've had one website with a CTR averaging about 20% for the last 2 months... took me 5 months to find the best ad placement, but now I am satisfied with the CTR.

I've received my checks and everything is dandy.

Let's say that if your CTR soars to 20% from 1 - 5% then it will be flagged for further inspection. If you don't do fraud then dont worry, you will not be banned.

Geez, if I was them, I'd just ban you for being such a pain in their ass. Seriously, man, calm down and go get a burrito or something.

You wrap your Adsense code with the Adlogger PHP code which tracks how many times anything within the PHP code is clicked. If it is clicked to many times, to prevent a ban for click-bombing, it will disable the ads for that specific IP. You can set the limit of clicks/duration of block within the Adlogger admin section. It is very useful if you have a lot of websites that you cannot monitor all the time.

I used to report my own misclicks and everything like that and adsense support eventually replied back saying that I didn't have to report everything as their system takes care of it automatially :p
