    If i create a webpage, listing all 40,000 items i have with links to those items and their titles... But the page is alone and is not linked form anywhere on the site (ie: noone can get to it unless they knwo the exact address). Will this get me in trouble?

    You are just trying to fool google. Whether Google penalise you or not, why should you do that? There are better ways to get all your pages listed in google.

    I think that would be considered a link farm....and I think Google, and other bots, would not care for you much.

    Google will just not index these pages, maybe not even crawl them.
    But it shouldn't harm your site.
