My developer is working on a new template for www.fishtankgallery.com.... he should be done soon and my writers are already working on writing articles Anyway...

Please look at http://aquarium.desk2web.co.uk/ the top center adsense just below the top images.

I wanted to ask some people if they thought this would get me in trouble with adsense.

I read the TOS and I think this is fine. (and I realy like it..) don't know how well it will convert ... but hey it looks good...

    Thanks

Looks great to me! You should definitely consider the following:
    - Changing your vertical ad on the right to a square adbox and aligning it left
    - Removing onsite advertising
    - Changing your ad templates so the links are the same colour as your AdSense titles

Go into your AdSense account settings, and disable "On site advertising".

This gets rid of the "Advertise on this site" link on your AdSense units, increasing CTR and blending. There isn't too much of a tradeoff, since if someone wants to target your site, they can do so without the link.

Move Link Unit at the top of content.

You cannot run Google and Yahoo ads in the same page. It is against the TOS.
