One of my blogsite has more than 50+ blogRoll. Now I decide to remove some liks from blogroll. My question is, will this change affect on my PR or SERPS?

I've also some high PR outbound links [Not reciprocal links]. Should I remove those links?

    Thanks.

Removing a few links won't have much affect on your PR. If your website has a lot of outgoing links a lot of your internal PR gets sent to those other websites instead of your internal pages. That in turn can lower your homepage's PR. Removing some links probably is a good idea though. 50+ blogroll links is quite a lot and negatively affects your website's rankings.

You shouldn't necessarily remove the non-reciprocal links just to save your PR. If those links are useful for your visitors, it is probably a good idea to leave them. To prevent those links from bleeding your PR, you could add a rel="nofollow" attribute to those links.

How is your site ranking right now? If it ranks well enough I wouldn't remove high PR related outbound links.
Generally speaking you should remove all outbound links that are not related or somehow useful to your visitors.

In order to see any significant SERP changes you should work on:
    1. Onpage SEO
    2. Offpage SEO
    3. Content.

Nope...removing any of your website's outgoing links should not have any negative effect on rankings. If you remove a lot of those links, you might temporarily lose rankings due to such a drastic change, but those rankings would likely come back.

In the short term everything could happen because of you making changes to your site.
In the long term you will regain positions and maybe start ranking even better :)
