Will this be counted as dofollow backlink? Plz see

    I came across a good travel blog for link building.It is doesn't have a nofollow tag but the link is not in html format.When i checked the source code of link i found no href code.Will it be counted as dofollow backlink

    No google will not be able to know that there is a link to 5530xpressmusic.com, from se point of view it is a useless link
