Will this Ad Campaign be Worth it?

You know how volunteermatch.org has this adopt the zip code donation service

"You can adopt a ZIP in your own name - or as a company, civic-group or school. You might even give one as a gift for someone who thought they had everything. When visitors click on your Adopt-A-ZIP banner, they'll be taken directly to the website of choice. You will also be able to track how many people click over. "

I click on the price check and for my zip code there are only 260 members using volunteermatch and the annual cost for this sponsor fee is $360.

And it seem like if there are no advertisers at the zipcode yet since they allow only 1 ad/donation

I need help to decide will it be worth the price for 1 year? (The only payment option)
There are mostly teens and few elders though. And my site is a forum.

    Thanks!

I don't think it's going to be worth it, for the following reasons:

260 members is nothing, you'll be lucky to get a few clicks. Not worth $360.

Forums usually need pretty high traffic flow to get decent profit.

Teens aren't usually the best market, most don't have credit cards to buy anything!
