Will the sig links here in DP would help my SEO campaign?

Every post you make is pretty much a backlink for you, just make sure it is not spam and it is a well written post and everybody is happy.

 

Both your websites in your DP signature do not load, not sure if this is something you know about or not, either way just thought i d notify you.

Yes, it should help. Especially ones the signatures age a bit. Use good anchor text and post away (helpful posts of course).

 

Having keyword rich links in your forum signature is one of the top ways to gain relevant traffic to your site(s). It's a free source of one-way links back to your site(s). Hence why it is highly suggested to be an active member of message boards (that allow signature links) that are relevant to your site(s) topic (keyword). Like joining candle enthusiast message boards if you have a website selling candle making supplies.

Not only is forum signature links good for the SEO part .... if you are active in the message board, provide good content in your posts, and are a positive influence in that community, then the other members of that message board community will be more likely to click on your signature links and go to your website(s).

Two reasons: One - I'm revamping my major site and don't want visitors walking through the construction dust, and Two - I want folks to get to know me first here before I "ask" for visitors to my sites.
