    Hello friends,

I'd like to buy domain name from someone through godaddy, but i'm not sure if honest or not cause someone told me that he can get the domain back

by saying it wasn't him who pushed it or using proxy or vpn whatever during pushing then says it my account hacked !

shall i ask him to sell me his own account OR how can i buy it from him with %100 sure he won't be able to get it back ?

    please give advice.
    thank you

if he have more domains why he will give his account ? . You can use sedo.com , escrow.com for transfer if you want to be secure

Yeah, can agree that it will be secure to buy domain through Sedo.. Good suggestion Chandan123.

Besides, you can visit namepros forum to buy domains there.

I don't think he can get the domain back once it's transferred. I have never heard of that happening before. Have him push the domain first before you send the funds. If he is an honest seller he should have no problem with that.

I don't think that a seller can get back a domain which was already sold. If the seller claims his account hacked, then godaddy (or any other registrar) must ask him why only 1 domain was pushed and his all other domains are still on his (seller's) account. Also the buyer can always prove the payment.
However escrow is the most secure method.

transfer the domain name to other hosting provider or reseller that you trust on .
so you do not worry about that anymore. They will help you up with the transfer if you request for.
