Will the number of keyword matches in website's title, URL and description boost SEO?

    Hi,
I noticed that if I searched for 'home tuition', Google will highlight the word 'home tuition' in the SERP.
It seems that the website's title, URL and description with the most matches get the top spot in organic list. Is that true?

My website (www.hometuitionjob.com) is still pretty new and appreciate any advice from SEO experts on how to get to the first page for keyword search 'home tuition'

    Thanks,
    Boo

Create a title tag with the targeted keyword. You can achieve the better keyword ranking for the targeted keyword because your domain contain that keyword. Collect the quality backlinks from off-page optimization...
