Will the backlinks have bad effect on our website from PR 0 website?

Not sure if it is good, but it certanly wont harm your PR.
Also the page could get a higher PR in the future which would benefit your site..

 

Every link is important. You can't see at each link you get by PR factor. It's kind a weird. Are you addicted to PR?
You must remember that your links can't be from bad neightbourhood.

 

It wont make much effect's , just that will make your work much lengthy( that means if you are going with PR0 sites there are many many such PR0 sites ) , but cant say thous PR0 can turn up to PR 2 or who knows )

 

The question is whether or not it will hurt. The answer is that will never hurt, even if it's on a link farm or other crappy site. I won't help you much but it won't hurt.

 

They don't hurt but you don't get that much credit from the search engines either.

 

Indeed the link won't hurt. Though more importantly, a good link is from a page with a cache date of at highest 3 weeks with only a small amount of outgoing links and preferably pagerank, though these can be harder to get.
