I want some backlinks from other webstie. But when I check the website I wrote on , its PR=0.Is it work for my PR updating or bad on my website?
The lower the PR the more backlinks you'll need to increase your PR. You can still rank high in the search engines for keywords if your site has low PR if you have enough quality content linking to your site.
it has no negative effect on your webiste but if the page on that site where u added ur link having some good pr links then it has good effect on your site..try to exchange link with high pr sites. how page rank increase for it check google page rank formula..i think that will help u about page rank
No it doesn't but For every pr0 you link to you need three or four sites with page rank to counter that one.
No, it has no negative impact on you site. Because, Google think backlink's are spontenous and you can't control it. Because link are been placed by the website owner, not by yourself. So, why google will punish you for other's. And also getting backlink from a site which has no PR doesn't mean the site is spamming. Every site has to start with no PR. This DP has also started with no PR. So if I would get backlink from it never hurt on my ranking. Am I right?
Just make sure the PR=0 Site is not spammy site. It would be troublesome if google sandboxed the site and considering it was the spammy site. You also could been affected by it. Just watch the google webmaster video.
It's hard to believe that link from external site might have any bad effect on your site. That might happen when you link to some poor quality site. I've always thought that PR is something like pyramid, adding value of each site rather then middling those values. In the worst scenario, PR0 site will be worth nothing.
A backlink is a back link and even if it does no good to you... it will at least not harm you. A link from PR0 site would be useless for PR juice... but if it is a well trafficked site, it would surely give you good visibility! Regards, RightMan
So very true... but it is also true that as and when such a day comes, one would be hard pressed to see his link... still lying there! Regards, RightMan
