Will swap house - want red paperclip!

I've got this crazy idea, it's never been tried! See, I've got this house I don't want (probably you do too, you could try this!), and I really need a paperclip, a red one if possible, because all my papers are falling out all over the place.

I wonder if anyone is willing to swap? I mean, I don't expect anyone to offer a paperclip straight away for the house, that would be silly! Perhaps a medium-sized boat? Or some gold bars? Any offers?
