Will Submit Your Site to Directories until 500 are Approved

Some directories will obviously be PR0, but many are higher than that. What I like about PR0 directories is that they are usually new and they tend to approve quickly. Also they have a potential to gain PR on next updates.

You will be listed in a variety of different PRs, however you can't expect PR6 or higher.

Yes, we do provide lists of approved backlinks. Every 3 weeks, you'll get a report with all your backlinks.

Very few directories require email confirmation. So few that this is not even an issue.
