Dear DP members I came here like everyone else to make some money for myself and through all the reading that i have done here and otherwise people have told me that clickbank can help me generate some income fast.

    so a few questions; i hope some sernior member will answer ; or you guys could guide me in the right direction;

    1) I don't have a website, I don't have any programing know how how can I create a website easy or should i make a blogger blog , i can make that :p

    2) once i will have a blog then what to do next , i am now a member at Click Bank and am not too sure on choosing the right product too. so perhaps you could guide me with that a little bit too.

    3) how many articles should i write and ezine artilces is the only place where i should submit my articles right.

Hope you guys will help in finding the answers , and plz dont' refer me to other threads or websites, i have been sitting up late infact for last 10 hrs i am doing reading and reading , so plz be precise and guide me in the right direction

    1. Wordpress or Blogger blog would be fine. However, I would recommend to get hosting and host your own Wordpress blog

    2. Choose niche, which you know well. For example, if you like cooking, then go for cooking products.

    3. Write as many articles as you can. I would say 20-30 per product.

Submit only to top directories. Ezine is not the only option. Have a look here > http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php

It's actually up to you, whether you want to create a blog or not, because it's not necessarily required.

All you need is a landing page and articles pointing to that page.

Now your landing page can be almost anything. It can be Squidoo lens, it can be a blog, it can be Hubpages, or it can be a simple HTML page, whatever you want.

And then once you've developed a landing page for a specific product, you have to direct traffic to that page by writing articles targeting specific keywords.

That's it. Targeted traffic + landing page = sales.

If you are going to put a blog up for skin diseases, try to get a domain name that is related to skin diseases. So when you start putting fresh and pure content in your blog, you would be able to have a better page rank for that keyword in the search engines.

Here you will find some keywords that are related to skin diseases: http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/?seed=skin+diseases&adult_filter=remove_offensive&suggest=Hit+Me

I usually pick a keywprd that doesn't have lot of competitors but get around 100 hits per day.

By the way, hosting your own blog demands a lot of time, don't just expect to start getting success within 3 to 5 days.

If you are going to promote CB products or any other online business, I would not recommend you to use the free wordpress service because although they rank fast enough, they also get shut down fast enough by wordpress.

    Good luck

you can set up a wordpress blog instead of a blogger blog.

with regards to choosing the product, first determine which niche you are passionate about. then search for products in that particular niche.

how many articles? as many as it takes to make sales! :)

Okay I'll share the ultimate truth in internet marketing with you.

    NEVER EVER STOP TRYING

If you just follow this rule you will succeed.. and you will make a bit more then just one sale.

First make the headline on your blog smaller... Write a captivating sentence...

Second... Put some compelling images on it... Write good articles.

Use google keyword tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) to find keywords that have around 10.000 searches per day and then create articles with the same keywords... After you create the article post it on digg or propeller...

And for every keyword check the competition.. If there are a lot of web 2.0 sites one the first two pages of google this might mean you'll have a hard time getting good SERPs....

By now I assume you have a counter on your page.. It's very important to have it on it... You want to track EVERYTHING.
If you don't have a counter install www.google.com/analytics or www.statcounter.com

Then after you have 10-20 articles that are targeted at different keywords from your niche (weight loss) and if you produced 500+ hops on clickbank rethink what could be the reason for no sales...

It could be bad articles, it could be wrong targeting (keywords), it could be bad product...

Then if you didn't succeed create another blog or site... Use a different tactic.. For example, put reviews of products on it. Dozens and dozens of products. Each post for one product.. But make it stealth... Go under the radar... Don't do obvious marketing...

Use the principles of human psyche.

    Scarcity. Authority. Group thinking. Reciprocity....

By now you'll probably have a few sales and you'll start noticing what works and what doesn't...

You'll see from where you're getting the most traffic... Concentrate on that sources.. Or find new ones... Possibilities for traffic are unlimited... Hubpages, Squidoo, Yahoo Answers, Youtube, GoArticles, Ezinearticles.. to name a few...

Always think... test everything... Test different colours of your sites... test different headlines... test different positions of banners... test links on the end of article or in the middle or all over the place... test hosting at blogger and test hosting at wordpress and decide which one you like better..

    Build back-links... Build back-links... Build back-links...

But above all "never ever stop trying"...

Stay curious.. Discover new niches that make you think of solutions for your webpages so that you won't be able to sleep at night...

Write down every single idea and test it.. Track results and see what works. Discard the rest.

Copy big guys. Check out your competition. See how are they advertising, see how are they running their business. You can steal their ideas.. We all learn by imitation. Imitate the best. Learn from the best...

And after you've done all this... ask yourself what's your passion and dive into it. Go in it hard. And stay in it. Use everything you've learned and earned.. It's all been a preparation for this moment. It's been a test if you're worthy.
Now it's time to start building a real business.

This is the time when you'll start earning real money.

    Good luck

It's really must have to write about every product 20-30 articles??

Seems alot for JUST one product. Why it's needed?
Write 20-30 articles for one product? What to write?
Let say there is simple product, how the hell i can write so much about it?

What if i dont write so much?

Im also new in this area, i have read alot about this all but some stuff is still "unknown".
And please somebody answer this. I really need to know.

Natasha, i recommend you to change the blog theme to something nicer. The default on is just very ugly.
I never use it and change immediately after WP install.

JoseArmando Love you " Big Kiss" , If i could only buy you a cup of Coffee thats the least that I could do. Well you've been so nice in helping me in my quest . ifnact this won't be just me only .. this is would help everyone who wants to make money with clickbank.

Now I will definalty change the theme, if anyone has any suggestion for any good one , as all that i've seen in wordpress directory seems boring as I have never seem them on what usually people have on their blogs.

Anyways , I will definatly try to put in as interesting article as I can. One thing was bit confusing that " when you'll have 500 hops" what do you mean by that. Like I have to advertise 500 products or something

I want to learn and am sure that i will learn very quickly here with fine guys like you helping a newbie like me

And ultimatly my success will be success of all of you as I could have done nothing without your support and love

Again today's target " change the theme, change the title, write two articles submit it to ezine" >>>>>>>>>> am I missing anything

    Thanks

Hop is a number that represents how many times have people clicked on your clickbank link to the publishers webpage.

    Your blog looks great!

You might want to write a stronger headline which will really make your visitors stay on your site. Right now it's "How to Lose Weight Fast" which is nothing special and doesn't really grab attention of your visitors.

    Edited: deleted useless part

I've seen your blog as well. Not bad for a start :)

Btw have you got your hands on the cb product you're gonna promote? Helps a lot if you can write a review of that product - increases credibility and trust. Hope this helps.

I don't exactly follow that guideline (well sorta). I write 10, initially. Typically 10 over 10 days. If I get a sale in the time, I'll write another 10. If I get a sale in that time, I'll write another 10.

I don't think you should waste your time writing 30 articles for each product, just because they could sell really bad.

I kept a spread sheet of products I've been selling and applying the 10 article scenario I gave you above. Out of 30 different products, 13 have got sales. If I wrote 30 for each, that would alone add up to 900 articles. The ones that suck are eliminated after 10 articles.
