I currently have hostgator.. $175 a month and it's sluggish as hell and i need a new dedicated server. Someone reccomend me a GOOOD RELIABLE dedicated server and not some no-name, unknown crappy host with no reviews..

You can try theplanet.com, which was ev1servers.net earlier. But they do not provide managed servers, so for that you can hire the services of totalserversolutions.com (they are just tooo good and they provide prompt response). They charge some $ 75-80 /month per server.
