The Oakland Raiders lost there top talent at cornerback but have gotten a solid veteran at corner. Do you think that Spencer can match or even improve on the performance given last year by Stanford Routt who was plagued with penalties along with the rest of the team last year. I think that the veteran still might have some juice left in the tank to help the raiders secondary be a solid unit.
