Will shared hosting handle this?

I need to move my site to a shared hosting plan with the free addon domains either from hostgator or lunarpages, something like that as my sites are taking up wayy ot much bandwidth.

    I have 3 sites which are using about 10 - 12 gigs a day.

Will this be possible to use on a shared host, or would i get kicked for to much traffic?

It can be fine on shared hosting. Just depends on what you are doing on that accounts

Are you using this large amount of bandwidth due to large files and/or a large amount of daily visitors? Have you had any issues with to many connections to your database at once or just BW? Depending, you might want to also consider a VPS account. Chat with the host's tech support and tell them about your site(s) and needs. Best of luck.

I believe it can be fine on shared hosting. We have hosted for a site likes yours, he's one his own dedicated server, but mostly, the server load is low, and he is using 2TB+ bandwidth per month

There is every chance that you will be kicked for the high bandwidth or resource usage.

I'd suggest a VPS plan to handle the high resources.

I also suggest a VPS. Read carefully if you choose a shared accounts. Ressource consumptions can be ok, but overall load of server can be a pretext to give you the boot.

I suggest you go ahead with a VPS. Things will be better for the future when your site grows more. If you stay on a Shared host you could possibly be kicked out for high resource usage

I guess another option to look for is a semi-dedicated plan, but these cost about the same a VPS.

I would do a VPS, but I dont know anything about servers and dont want to have to configure it myself and setup a DNS and all that crap. I would need a managed vps. What are some good monthly prices.

Well it would depend on what your site is, how much ram and cpu your site uses, it is not all based on BW
