Will "SEOTips.co.cc" attain google's attraction for Keyword SEO Tips

    I have this domain and I am unsure how can I make maximum profit out of it?

    One Idea is to sell it to someone , then i am not sure about the right price.
    I know it is a free domain but still it has a premium name afterall.

    Another idea is to use to make a SEO Tips website, Will it have as much impact in SERPs as it has a very competitive keywords in the domain name ?

    But wont it sell ? because anyone who uses it will get good number of visitors ?
