Will self ad impressions allowed with adsense?

    hi mates,
    i used to open my site 100 times in a day to check and that causing adsense impression, but i am not clicking on any ads
    will that againest adsence TOS?

    you cannot artificially inflate your impression. 100 times a day is way to much. but if you visit your site few times as a way of regular maintanance, then there is no problem
