Will Search penalise me for having multiple domain names?

Will Google and othe search engines penalise me if i have two or more same name domains like
( www.example.com, www.example.net, www.example.biz etc) and forwarding them all to one page? will it effect my search engine ranking?

Yes it should increase the search engine ranking but is considere a black- hate techiniqe? if it is then i could be penalised by search engines and they can pull me out of the index.

and Kenkhan, if u type google.net, google.in or other same domain it will take u to the same point that is google.com, in india google.co.in.

if its applicable for google why cant it be for others?????
