Will revising your homepage weeekly hurt your rank in Google?

 

Simple answer, No.

 

I don't think so since Google rewards those with new and unique content.

It depends on what you mean by 'revising'. If you're just planning to change a couple of words here and there, just to create the impression that your site is active, then I doubt that is going to help.

On most of my sites the homepage is a dynamic page, changes 10 times a day... My homepage doesn't rank too well, instead my other 3k site pages are driving enough traffic

 

No, if your content is changing often then the search engine spiders will come more often ! If Your content is static then they will visit less and less.

 

I changed servers a month ago and in the process my title changed, this has been a major set back. But editing your home page has no effect.
