Both your domains could be brandable. You should focus on the US market, as it suits your domain.
noshirt.us could be used for a anti-shirt community (unique idea ) or for nudists
I think, if you can set up a website, the value can be somewhere, near low $xxx.
Also,
For laughitup, you should try something like, a online laughing communtiy, and then the value of the domain goes up, without a site, I would pay $xx for it, but with the site atleast $xxx low.

i agree that noshirt is the most valuable of the 2. small, easy to remember name.

the person with the right idea behind it (as said above, shirt related, nudism, whatever) could be willing to invest some $ in it, hundreds of $ if the project is well advanced / well thought and in need of a good name.

Now regarding the names i prefer 2 words domains
So noshirt is better for me
Because of the .us i believe something between high $XX - mid $XXX

Noshirt doesn't mean a denial of shirts

You can market it as "Not Just Another T-Shirt" or something
It depends on your marketing
Sometimes the message is stronger

For example : bad-tshirt.com (not an actual domain, just an example)

If you find the right buyer, you could easily make $xxx.xx Its all about finding the person that wants your domain name more than you do...

www.laughitup.us - Pretty good but its 3 words, big problem, think even bigger words but less word count like laughingstorm.com or something

These are valued around reg.fee unless a certain individual MUST require the domain name. Try to get .com domains instead, that would have boosted the value a bit more.

NoShirt makes me think of the concept of losing your shirt, in other words betting on something and going broke. So it could be used for some sort of financial website such as debt recovery, money tips or help with gambling addiction.

It's definitely the more valuable of the two, because it's shorter, more memorable, and there are a variety of uses that domain could be put to.

 

These are prob reg-fee right now. Will depend on the .us market. I'm saying that since i picked up gamearcade.us for reg-fee.

I like noshirt.us more. Just turn it into a joke site, it doesnt have to do with shirts...

Then after a couple of years, if you had developed them well, then the price would have gone up quite abit too
