will redirecting my homepage adversely affect my serps

Hi

currently i am running an art shop here http://www.mazoo.co.uk
but the main shop runs at this url http://www.mazoo.co.uk/art/index.php

essentially both pages are the same, the homepage is PR3 but the second url has no page rank, some inner pages are PR2

my question is do i 301 redirect www.mazoo.co.uk to www.mazoo.co.uk/art/index.php

how will this affect my serps as i do quite well with this site and its my main source of income and i dont want to mess thing up.

what would you do?

 

if you use 301 redirect, your ranking will not be effected from this

u can do redirect then it's not effect in SERP
