You should definitely spend some time in doing SEO for your site the way it is now first. Fix up your site title, don't keyword stuff...

Also, your meta tags need some work. You've even got a typo for one of your keywords.

I would advise you contact or visit Jenn Mattern's website, she is PR professional and can explain you how useful press releases are.

    This is her profile: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=22753

Sadly I can't get your site loaded to provide you further feedback or suggestions on it.

If you have never done a press release before
I would advise you to hold off on the $200 option.

Get a few press releases underyour belt before you
start pumping money into extended distribution packages.

Just trying to save you some dough. Your early
press releases will probably be bad ones so plan
    to learn by doing.

If it's your first release, try other options first. Testing, and knowing your audience, are how you'll find the best distribution options. On that note, if your only purpose is backlinks and SEO, and you have no real news other than being a new site or something, you probably shouldn't be using a press release at all, unless there's something really remarkable or timely about your site (most site owners think there is, but they're usually isn't - that's the harsh reality).

I have an article at my PR blog - www.NakedPR.com - click the popular link in the right column and it should be in that list. 5 steps for effective free press release distribution or something like that. There should be another post on that site that's something like 7 signs that your press release sucks - that should give you more background as well.

    Thanks Jhmattern ,

The website i have made is Pakistan's first website for Women and girls. Currently no web portal from Pakistan is for girls only. I just want to get fast popularity. I am also planning to you adwords and banner advertising. But when i read prweb.com features that the news will go to yahoo news google news etc. in my idea it will bring lot's of visitors. and many people are using google, yahoo rss feeds for their news websites or blogs. so i will get thousands of back links.

Please guide me am i right or wrong.
i will not submit my first release to prweb.com, i will definitely try other free press release options. and also first i will complete my website properly.

It sounds like it's only really news in a regional sense then, meaning your best option is to send the release directly to area media that reach a female audience in Pakistan. Google News and such might get you some quick links from splogs and such, and may get you better coverage, but not necessarily while reaching your target audience well.
