Will PayPal take money out of my visa if I lose to a dispute

    The title says it all, if I have a visa card linked to my PayPal account and I lose to a dispute and I have no money left on that account, then will the money be taken out of my card?

    No. They will not automatically take money from any source except your balance.

    They still have to comply by Visa/MC and banking regulations which prohibit automatically debiting unless you agree to it before hand.

    No, they will subtract the amount from your account balance or should you have none, your balance would be made negative.

    Thanks for your answer, what if I just did like withdraw all my money in PP account to card yesterday, then today lose to a dispute? Will there be any difference?
    Also I am looking for answers for Them1ster's question as well :)

    They will take funds if/when you deposit them back into that PayPal account.

    It would depend on how far the deposit has made it. If it has already hit the bank and is waiting to be cleared then it can't be reversed. However, paypal may hold deposits for a day on their end, in which case they could reverse it. You would have to know Paypal's exact internal process to know this for sure.
