Will PayPal take funds from my linked bank account if my PayPal Balance is negative?

    I'm not in the negative yet, however I am a seller and assuming someone scams me by doing a chargeback and it places me into negative balance, will PayPal take funds from my linked bank account?

    As I know they do not have the authority to take money from your bank account without your permission.

    If You are from US, They Will! :)

    Or if Your Bank is a Direct Debit , It will be taken! Or else, It Wont be deducted!

    Yes, I think they can take but not sure. You can go through their policies regarding when you get your balance in negative.

    Yes in USA they may charge your bank account as you have agreed to their terms and condition while verifying your bank a/c with them.
