Will Paypal remember me after 3 years?

    I had a Paypal account a few years ago and I had a couple bad deals....lesson learned. I really need to have a Paypal account again, but I'm afraid my social security number will throw up a red flag. Is there any way around this? How long does Paypal keep your information in their system after an account is closed/frozen?

    Create new account under your brother or sister or parents account.
    Verify it.
    Use it.

    Try and create an account using your real name, if it tells you an account already exists in that name, then the time is too short. Try to use your middle name or use a fake name , verify with a vcc and get a visa card to withdraw from the account.

    Andylinks has it right.
    It happened to me.
    Get a prepaid card like Netspend that you can load using ACH.
    Open a new paypal with another email.
    Verify the account. Verify your bank by submitting the Prepaid card's routing numbers.
    Then you can use the card through paypal and load it from paypal.
