Will paypal refund

    You can chargeback ..... only do if you are sure he is not gonna deliver.

    i say wait and see, try contacting them again, if they dont reply or ignore your messages then by all means file a dispute, chargeback if credit card

    For intangible goods, its hard to get your money back, especially if the buyer has spent all the money out of their account.

    see the whois database and if you get any phone number make a call, last change for him, and open the dispute.

    last week one of my client was sick i was called him, i got # from whois database, i thought he run awaya :p ;D

    Yes Paypal ALWAYS helps the buyer. It's good in a situation like yours, but a lot of times, it helps scammers get product and their money back.
