If a buyer files a claim on an account that has already been limited will they get their refund or will paypal keep the money? TIA

Who's account is limited? The buyer's or the seller's?

Ok so after about 10 days it gets reversed right? Good to know. I once had an account limited but I was given the option to refund buyers. Not so with my most recent account so I had no idea what was going on.

Well, it depends on why your account has been limited. If it is because the suspicion is on you then of course the buyer can ask for a refund through a dispute. But if the issue is because of a suspicious deal between you and your customer then the option may not be available, for all you know your buyer may also have their accounts limited.

Paypal would not keep the money because it is not theirs in the first place, they may however placed a hold on it for a period of 180 days.
