I recently bought two domains from

    http://cheapweb.myorderbox.com

And it turned out to be a scam (He took the money and deleted the domains), I was going to open a claim with paypal but I've heard they won't do a thing cause it's digital goods, Is this true?

Here's the answer: no. They won't refund you because PayPal only helps buyers who purchase tangible items. Domain names are intangible.

Open a dispute they will claim you back around $2 if that, but you wont get the full refund unless they have full amount in there account. If there account is cleaned out, then no chance.

PayPal only hepls sellers who sell tangible products, not vice versa. So if the seller can´t provide a tracking info (which is impossible in case selling a domain) there is a good chance you will get it back because buyers protection counts MUCH more then sellers protection

Only because an account is "verified" doesn´t mean anything these days. There are sooooo many "verified" accounts with fake info (thanks VCCs) so the chance you get the real info in case you are scammed is like "0" (then the scammed must be REALLY STUPID)
